It is always better (and handy) to have a husband who cooks. Isn't it? It was one of those lazy weekends where I was absolutely in no mood to enter the kitchen. that's when S volunteered to make his ever-famous stuffed mirchi. Oh ya, he just loves to stuff the vegetables with some sort of filling.
His previous version is a bit different from what he did today. The former one had a pasty stuffing, but this one has a dry one. though they both have besan (i.e chickpea flour) in common, the taste is completely different. :). Do give it a try, I am sure you will love it as much as we did.
P.S: S says that this dish of his is very famous among his office colleagues and the first time he took for lunch they were floored and couldn't believe that S made it. :) ...
..Y.E.S, that's why I said before - it is always handy to have a husband who cooks. ;) ;)
