One week just flew by and here we are with 19 amazing dishes for Presto Pasta Night edition 176. It has been a pleasure hosting it and I thank Ruth for giving me the opportunity.

Finally, here is my humble entry to this pasta party - Fettuccine dressed in Olive oil and Garlic

This pasta dish is simplicity at its best. Cook pasta as per package instructions. Drain the water. In the same pan, heat some extra virgin olive oil, add minced garlic, on medium-low flame. Don't burn the garlic. Immediate add pasta. Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle some fresh parsley!. Donot overcook the pasta. Just mix everything well and ready to Serve!
