“Those pizzas I ate were for medicinal purposes.” ~ Amy Neftzger
It has started to rain again in Hyderabad and the weather has become cool enough to crave for a hot pizza. I don't eat it often but when it rains, my tastebuds start to act and I inadvertently find myself picking up phone to order one. In the beginning of the week, it was a pizza hut crown pizza which was on my to-taste-list-again for a long time. What a lovely combination it is. It is too big for one person but my sister helps me out by sharing a few slices. that was last Sunday, a pizza enjoyed with the help of few coupons. :-)
As the week came to an end and the rain didn't stop, I thought it was perfect time to try a new recipe which has been on my mind for quite a long time. The end result was undeniably good, a thin-crusted flatbread pizza topped with masala scrambled eggs and cheese. What's not to like? If you have the quick pizza dough on hand, it will take less than 30 mins from kitchen to table. I am yet to try, but am sure even store bought pizza dough works well for this recipe. Enjoy!
